Return and Refund

If you have a change of mind or if you find the item is the wrong size for you, you can choose to receive a store credit or full refund excluding shipping cost as long as the items meet these criteria:

- The item was purchased at full price. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or returns on discounted items.

- Unworn, unwashed with tag still attached and in original condition and with the original packaging you received it. 

- The return item is sent back to us within 14 days of delivery. Please email a return request before sending the item back and send us a copy of your tracking number once you send the item. 

Postage costs for sending items for return are at the customer’s expense except for in the event you receive a damaged item or item with discernible fault. Please note no responsibility is taken for undelivered returns. 

Important: To request for return and refund please send us an email with your order number, reason for return and any relevant details before sending your order back. Our email is: gidgapparel@gidgapparel.com. We really appreciate your effort of doing this. This helps us keep track of your return and refund request and also notify you if the return items meet the criteria for refund after receiving the return items. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping  

We currently only ship Australia Wide. We offer standard or express shipping with Australia Post. You will receive an email to notify you of when the order has been shipped. Australian Standard shipping is 3-7 business days. Australian Express shipping is 1-3 business days. During busy period shipping might take longer. Rates will be calculated at checkout.
